The world-famous arms manufacturer Kalashnikov Concern opened its first store at Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow.
Airline passengers will now be able to purchase a wide assortment of souvenirs, clothes, bags and other accessories, including full-size replica guns, all branded with the Kalashnikov logo.
Vladimir Dmitriev, head of the concern’s marketing department, pointed out that Kalashnikov is one of the most popular Russian brands in the world.
“Opening our store at one of the busiest airports in the country is a natural step on the way to become closer to our clients and to attract new consumers for our products,” Dmitriev said.
The store itself is located in the Aeroexpress terminal.
